1.2 The Buyer is any natural or legal person who, by whatever means, contacts the Seller with the intention of purchasing the goods offered by the Seller.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions are valid until new Terms and Conditions are issued.
2. Ordering conditions
2.1 The buyer can purchase goods using the shopping cart at www.gobimbi.com.
2.2 By placing an order, the buyer undertakes to pay the full amount of the goods, including postage.
2.3 The seller confirms the received order by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours. Confirmed orders are binding.
2.4 In case the required goods are not in stock, the buyer will be informed of the delivery time.
2.5 The order can be canceled by the buyer within 24 hours of ordering the goods, without giving any reason. The buyer can cancel the order by phone or by sending an email directly to the seller. Upon receipt of the cancellation of the order by the seller, the order is considered canceled. If the buyer managed to pay the amount for the goods, the goods will be refunded to the bank account within 14 days.
2.6 The order can be canceled by the seller if he is unable to secure the ordered goods, or the buyer has provided incorrect data and the seller cannot contact him.

4. Delivery of goods

5. Goods claim

6. Exchange of goods
6.1 The exchange of goods is possible after a transfer agreement between the predictor and the buyer.
6.2 Goods must be unused, complete, undamaged, packed in the original packaging and must contain proof of purchase.
7.1 The complaint relates to manufacturing defects.
